FRPL and disaggregating subgroups

According to the attached excerpt from Ed Code, FRLP data CAN be used to disaggregate who the students are when looking at student achievement data. Also attached is a sample form that a district may consider using to ensure confidentiality. From the Ed Code, it also seems important for a district to have a current board policy regarding the use of this information.
