Tobacco Prevention Resources

The Sonoma County Office of Education believes that students at every school within the county can benefit from tobacco and vaping prevention resources and support. To support local school districts to make prevention resources available to students, SCOE participates in the California Technical Assistance (CTA) - Tobacco-Use Prevention Education (TUPE) grant program. The primary focus of the CTA grant is for County Offices of Education (COEs) to provide Technical Assistance to all school districts within the county. In addition, the SCOE TUPE Coordinator collaborates with agency partners and participates in community-wide efforts related to fostering the health and well-being of Sonoma County students.
