9/13/2023 - Escape Manual Payroll Workshop This session is for Escape HR/Payroll Users to learn the Manual Payroll process and procedures. Manual Payroll is used to create pay or to make adjustments to Pay History. These adjustments can be very complicated.

9/22/2023 - Escape Open Lab SCOE IT Escape Team is offering an opportunity for districts to come to SCOE and work on a current project in the Madrone Computer Lab. SCOE IT will be there to assist and answer questions. Space is limited to 15 seats.

CASBO Learning Opportunities
If a Sonoma County school district employee attends an eligible workshop their district will be reimbursed for the cost of registration. Districts will pay for the registration upfront and then be reimbursed after proof of attendance has been provided to SCOE Kristin Enbysk kenbysk@scoe.org. One person per district (unless approved by Greg Medici or Sarah Lampenfeld).

Helpful Reports in Escape
HR/Payroll
Pos20 - Position Cost by Account l
Is your District in the middle of negotiations? The Pos20 is a great report to help figure the costs of an increase by bargaining unit, account or employee. This report can be exported to create a custom report!
Finance
AR03 - Customer Statement
This report can be printed on a regular basis to be sent to customers with outstanding amounts due. There is an option of Remit Style to include a Detachable stub to make it easy to return with payment. Save this as a Favorite and schedule to send to yourself each month.
Report Favorites
Curious about other users' report favorites? You can find these in Report Favorites. This is available in HR/Payroll and Finance models. Search by the user's first initial and last name. From the list open the report to review. If you like it, save it as your own Favorite report parameters. Be sure to mark it as public so other users can search for your great reports.
