Helpful Reports in Frontline ERP

HR/Payroll
Pay60-ACA Measurement Period (for Districts with more than 50 FTE employees)

This report helps employers verify their compliance with the Affordable Care Act’s shared responsibility provisions by detailing the employer’s obligations regarding the employer’s portion of coverage. It provides information on employees and substitutes who have worked during a specified measurement period. If an employee qualifies as full-time during this period, they must be treated as full-time for benefits purposes during the subsequent "stability period." The report takes into account employee setup, pay details, and any overrides entered through the Employee ACA activity.

Tool & Tips

Employee ACA - Reload Now will be our best friend!

The "Reload Now" flag (when set to YES) will refresh the data for the organization and calendar year. This is especially useful if you've made updates to ACA fields in addons, bargaining units, benefit providers, or employee records. It's perfect because you don't need to reinitiate payroll—this reload feature automatically captures and applies those changes without any extra steps.

Make sure to join us on December 18th to learn more about ACA and this helpful feature!

Finance
ReqPay09 - Cancel Check Register

Run the ReqPay09 – Cancel Check Register to identify any checks that were reported in the prior calendar year but canceled and reissued in the current calendar year. A manual adjustment will be required for the canceled amount in the current calendar year.

Employee Portal - Frontline ERP for California Portal

As we approach the end of the year, we hope all school districts encourage their staff to take full advantage of the Employee Portal. They can easily access monthly pay stubs and review benefit and leave balances, and the portal also provides early access to W-2 & 1095 (ACA) forms. It's a convenient, secure way to keep track of all your important payroll and benefits details.
