Technology Use Reminders

In the near future, IT will be sending out some reminders around use of SCOE devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, etc). We wanted to bullet point a few items, and give a heads up about personal iCloud accounts in particular.
- Devices are meant for use only by the SCOE employee. Family members or friends should not be allowed to use SCOE devices.
- Personal iCloud accounts should NOT be set up / linked on SCOE devices - including iMessaging. The ability to even link a personal iCloud account on a SCOE device is being removed in the near future. If you are connected it may cause problems, so remove any personal linked iCloud accounts ASAP!
- Personal, non-work related data (files, pictures, etc) should not be stored on SCOE devices.
- Anything personal on a SCOE device is accessible, viewable, and searchable by SCOE.
