SCOE and Migrant Education will hold their annual Parent Leadership Institute for the parents of English Learners on Friday, November 15, 2013. This FREE event includes workshops on personal empowerment, supporting children at school and in the home, and the DREAM Act. Breakfast, lunch, and materials are provided for all parents attending the Institute. Parents may register online or via mail. See the Event Flier and Registration Form (pdf) for details.
