45 Day Extension Signed by the Governor

SB 820, the clean-up trailer bill, was signed by the Governor on Friday, September 18, 2020. Included, is an extension of the timeline for the initial assessment of pupils for English language proficiency using the ELPAC by 45 calendar days for the 2020-21 fiscal year. 

This will be discussed further at the EL Collaborative on Thursday.
