ACTION NEEDED: Upcoming CISC Meeting

Hey Team Symposium 2015:
I hope this finds you well. We are confirming
arrangements for our face-to-face meeting on Monday, September 29th at the
Hyatt Regency OC hotel event site in Anaheim/Garden Grove. We have to
confirm food and lodging arrangements with the hotel by noon of September 26th
- so please help us!
- Check out this
Google Doc. This list includes those who have RSVP'd their attendance, and
also those for whom we have made lodging arrangements. If your name isn't on
here and you are attending, please email Tara (tbeiden@scoe.org) prior to the
26th to let her know.
- We have to pay a ridiculous amount
(editorial comment!!) for the hotel to provide us with lunch the day of our
meeting - and they charge by the plate; so let us know by September 26th if
you need to cancel your attendance so we don't have to pay extra for your meal.
Sounds rather rude...sorry; just trying to not spend extra $$.
- If you require a vegetarian option
for lunch, please email Tara (tbeiden@scoe.org) prior to the 26th to let her
know.
- If you need to change (add or
delete) your lodging arrangement, please email Tara (tbeiden@scoe.org) prior to
the 26th as well.
- We're developing the agenda for the
morning - take
a look. Add items that you think need to be addressed.
