Meeting on September 29th (Response Required)

Greetings Committee:
We are now confirmed for an
"on-site" meeting at the symposium location in Anaheim (Hyatt Regency
OC) on Monday,
September 29th. Our meeting time will be 10am-2pm.
The Hyatt Regency is setting
aside guest rooms for our group for the evenings of Sunday, September 28th
and Monday, September 29th.
The rate they are offering is $120 plus tax per night. To reserve a hotel room, please click
here and add your name and information to the booking list. Please note that your office would need to pick up the cost
for travel / lodging. If this is a problem for you, please let me know and
we'll try some "Face Time" or something for at least a portion of the
meeting so you can get a flavor of the hotel venue.
