Greetings Committee:

Plans are coming together for an awesome 2015 CISC Symposium! We have a number of speakers lined up; have our logo (posted in the Documents/Resources box to the right); are getting ready for registration; have started with getting sponsors; and are close to being ready to ask for proposals for sessions.

We have an online meeting together on Thursday, August 7th at 1:00pm. Connection information for the meeting (held via Go To Meeting) will be sent out early that week. Please set aside this meeting time, as this will be an important time to iron out some logistics prior to announcing registration.

We also have an "on-site" meeting at the symposium location in Anaheim (Hyatt Regency OC) on Monday, September 29th. In setting the time for the September meeting, we're trying to consider the horrible commute for those more local to Anaheim; flight times for those of us flying in; limiting the lodging needs; etc. Please help us out by answering a few questions regarding the September meeting time by clicking here and completing a short survey. This will help to determine how to best meet everyone's needs. We are researching lodging information for the September meeting (discount, a group block, etc), and will share that information with you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there is no budget to cover the cost of travel/lodging, so your office would need to pick up the cost. If this is a problem for you, please let me know and we'll try some "Face Time" or something for at least a portion of the meeting so you can get a flavor of the hotel venue.

Thanks in advance for your participation in the survey and upcoming meetings!
