Curriculum Council Date Revision

Date: 10/28/2013
Author: Mickey Porter

Greetings Curriculum Council Members:

We were asked by some of you to consider moving the upcoming Curriculum Council date that was scheduled for November 1st due to the Superintendents' Meeting being changed and also because many of you have professional development day activities at your site on November 1st.

Honoring the request, we've cancelled the November 1st Curriculum Council meeting and have rescheduled that meeting for Friday, November 8th at 9:15am in Redwood C at SCOE. This is actually good timing as it is right after the State Board of Education meeting and we can all talk about action taken, etc. An agenda for the November 8th meeting will be sent out in a couple of days - please submit ideas now to Imelda Padilla at ipadilla@scoe.org for inclusion on the agenda.

See you on Friday, November 8th at 9:15am!

"I like Amarosa because there's a much smaller student count and so teachers can be one-on-one with you. They can actually help you and be one-on-one with you while the class is doing something else. I feel like that's a huge game-changer." - Leilan, Student
