Counselor Collaborative Spring 2025: Disability Justice

The Counselor Collaborative is a biannual convening of elementary, middle, and high school counselors and mental health providers. Meetings feature guest speakers and interactive discussions on topics related to advancing the social, emotional, and academic growth of Sonoma County students.

This spring’s Counselor Collaborative is a full-day event focused on disability justice and is open to all interested TK/PK-12 school personnel. The day will include interactive workshops to elevate knowledge of disability justice and provide a space to apply this lens to inclusive practices in our schools.

We welcome the opportunity to make this event accessible to all. The venue is wheelchair accessible and an all-gender restroom is available. We ask that participants refrain from wearing scented products, so that people with chemical sensitivities can join us. Please request ASL interpreting or open captioning no later than March 3, 2025, to Eileen Hodge, 707-522-3147, ehodge@scoe.org.

Coffee and lunch will be provided.
