A Deep Dive into the CA Math Framework -
4 Session Series
In these four sessions, principals and teacher leaders will understand the purpose, goal, complexity and key components of the framework. These experiential sessions will model shifts in instructional practice supported by the framework including teaching, learning and assessment. Participants will construct talking points to share with educational partners, including parents and community members to address concerns such as course pathways and rigor. These sessions will be supported by math leaders from California, including writers of the framework.
Each of the four sessions will touch on a different aspect of the framework and is intended to run as a series.
All sessions run from 4pm to 6pm and are held at SCOE.
