Utilizing the Preschool Learning Foundations
for Teacher Curriculum Planning
Teachers of young learners (TK, preschool and kindergarten) are invited to participate in an event that will utilize the Preschool Learning Foundations (PLF's) for curriculum planning. Participants will explore a specific CA Preschool Learning Foundation domain and design intentional instruction focused on a whole-child, play-based approach. Educators will engage with each other and together collaborate on creating a unit lesson plan based on the PLF's. This session will include information on how to meet our students diverse needs while focusing on specific learning goals. Please join us as we celebrate working with our youngest learners while diving deeper into understanding the PLF's and how to best serve our students.
