New eBook Collection: Free for all schools

12/04/2014 - The SCOE Library Media Center has expanded its collection of eBooks and now has 130 new eBook titles available for Sonoma County schools. Access to the books, which are geared for grade 3-8 students, is free and does not require a library services contract. The books can be simultaneously accessed by students across the county and can be viewed multiple times. A wide range of topics are featured in the collection. Examples include:

  • Parts of speech
  • Online privacy
  • Exploring the environment
  • Contributions of immigrants to America
  • Do-it-yourself projects
  • Basics of energy

Sample Books

The book collection is accessed via the epointplus.com website, which is password protected. To get the easy-to-remember Sonoma County password, contact Michael Powell at mpowell@scoe.org. Access is free for all Sonoma County schools.
