First Aid/CPR Training for Skylane Employees

A free safety training covering first aid basics, CPR, AED, and Epi-Pens will be offered on Wednesday, October 11, 8:00am -12:00pm, in the Gravenstein Room. This class is open to all Skylane employees. Each employee completing the class will receive a First Aid/CPR book and two-year certification from the American Heart Association.

You should consider attending this class if your First Aid/CPR certification has expired or will expire this school year, especially if you are on the Management, First Aid, or Search-and-Rescue emergency preparedness team.

To enroll, email Shari Rochester at srochester@scoe.org . Sign-ups must be submitted in writing and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-approval by your supervisor is required.

Enrollment is limited to 15 people and the class is expected to fill up quickly. Please do not enroll unless you’re certain you can attend. We must meet minimum attendance requirements and don’t want to turn away interested staff, only to find we have empty seats on the day of the training.
