Onsite health screenings in March and April

03/27/2017 -

Once again, SCOE will be teaming up with RESIG and the Mark West School District to participate in SISC’s onsite health screenings. These screenings take about 10 minutes and employees will receive important, confidential information regarding their total cholesterol and HDL, blood pressure, blood glucose, and much more.

The screenings are open to all SCOE employees. Spouses and dependent children over age 18 and enrolled in a SCOE medical plan are eligible to participate in the health screenings.

All employees who are enrolled in a medical plan and make an appointment online will receive a $30 Amazon gift code. All employees enrolled in a medical plan who do not make an online appointment but drop in for the testing will receive a $15 Amazon gift code. Employees who are not enrolled in a medical plan at the time of the screenings may still participate in the screening but will not be eligible for an Amazon gift code award.

The screenings will be held:

  • Wednesday, March 29 from 11:30 to 4:30 at RESIG, 5760 Skylane Boulevard, Suite 100, Windsor, CA 95492
  • Friday, April 7, 2017 from 11:30 to 4:30 at SCOE, 5340 Skylane Blvd., Santa Rosa, CA 95403

Register online at sischealth.com. Please contact Terri Walker in Human Resources at (707) 524-2824 or Jennifer Duckhorn in Business Services at (707) 524-2625 if you have any questions regarding the screening process and appointment system.
