Nominate an Outstanding Classified School Employee
Sonoma County schools and districts are invited to participate in the statewide Classified School Employee of the Year (CSEY) program for 2016. This program highlights the contributions of classified employees throughout California who support pre-kindergarten to grade 12 public schools.
Schools and districts may nominate non-management classified employees. Completed applications are due by February 24, 2017. A local judging panel will select finalists, who will then advance to the state awards program. At both the county and state level, one award will be given in each of six categories:
—Maintenance, Operations, and Facilities
—Office and Technical
—Para-Educator and Instructional Assistance
—Support Services and Security
To nominate a classified employee, reference the following documents and submit the required forms by February 24:
- Program Information Sheet (doc) with eligibility details |
- Nominee Information Form (doc) - one for each nominee |
- Nominee Recommendation Form(doc) - three for each nominee |
The forms are fillable Word documents that can be completed on the computer. Please Email the completed forms to Nicole Rosaschi, Department Administrative Specialist for Human Resources, at firstname.lastname@example.org, by February 24. Note that the nominee information form must include the employee's signature and will need to be scanned prior to emailing.
