Listen and Learn Opportunity on September 28

09/12/2016 - The Wellness Committee is presenting a Listen and Learn event on September 28 beginning at 11:30a.m. This will be a guided meditation, by St. Joseph’s Health, to help deal more effectively with the day-to-day stress that life can throw at all of us. Before our meditation begins, St. Joseph’s will be acknowledging SCOE’s iWALK Challenge participants. Just in case you did not hear, SCOE’s employees won the Spirit award!
