Schools cultures are complex webs of traditions and rituals that have built up over time. Are you motivated to examine your school's culture and transform it into a community of adults and children who care about, look after, and root for each other in times of need to ensure equitable outcomes for all students? Would you benefit from a couple of days to collect your thoughts, gather new ideas, gain clarity and commit to action? If you answered "yes" to these questions, then this retreat "Shaping Equitable School Culture: The Heart of Leadership" is just for you. During these two days you will have the opportunity to advance your own capacity to shape school culture. This retreat, exclusively for site administrators, will be held at the beautiful Bodega Bay Lodge in Bodega Bay, CA.
Class registration discount: Participants currently enrolled in the Clear Administrator Induction program enter code aip2017 at the time of registration to receive a 20% discount.
Additional costs: Overnight lodging $239 + tax paid directly to Bodega Bay Lodge. Participants contact Bodega Bay Lodge to arrange for overnight lodging. Mention group rate code: SCOE. Group rate expires April 30.

You must select CHECK or CREDIT CARD to complete this registration.
Check (paid by you or your district/school via a purchase order process): After you register you will receive a confirmation / invoice. If you are paying for the event yourself, print your confirmation / invoice, attach your check, and mail as indicated. If your district or school is paying for the event, please forward your confirmation / invoice to the appropriate person so that a check can be processed via your district/school's purchase order (PO) process. SCOE does not require a copy of the PO. Credit card (PayPal): You must enter credit card information at the time of registration. If you are being reimbursed for this event, follow your district/school guidelines for reimbursement.

All cancellations for the Principal Leadership Retreat event must be received by the end of the day of Friday, April 28. Cancellations submitted past the stated cancellation deadline are subject to a fee of approximately 30% of the class cost. You are responsible for payment of the class fee unless cancellation is submitted in writing by the stated deadline of the class.
